Software Flux was founded by two professionals, one with a technical background and the other from business side. The two worked in the top financial companys for over 20 years and believed they can do more. They understood the challenges teams had from implementing change management and executing projects to meet time lines, budgets and stake holders expectations. Certified Project Manager and Six Sigma, they implemented PMO offices and changed the way teams thought in various of companies.
Our 6-D Process
Discover
We start the Discover phase with an official visit to a concerned organization and exchange our vision and values, also get familiar with work-flow, process methodology and gather client's requirements to assess and submit a report.
Define
We define the process steps to ensure the requirement gathering for the product is correctly placed before moving it to the next phase that is design and development.
Design
We create eye catchy design with the help of latest tools of designing by establish User-Interface guidelines, Code guidelines, System Designing, Data Modelling and creation of Test Plans for modular & integrated application testing
Develop
Development phase comprises mainly coding and architecture development of application in a manner that it can be deployed on an incremental basis particularly named as "Project Modules or Milestones". Multilayer testing methodology is performed while application is being developed.
Deploy
Depending upon size or complexity of the project, the application architecture deployment phase can vary. Eventually, Final integration testing and Quality Assessment is done under expertise of our ISTQ Certified professionals with the involvement of stakeholders.
Deliver
This phase thus ensures that business process are carried out swiftly and if required a backup plan is prepared to be deployed and deliver smoothly.
